We have our own filleting department and portion cutter machine. We can deliver whole cod, cod fillets and cod loin to our clients on a daily basis. On request, we can customise portions to your exact specifications using the newest I-cutter portion slicing technology. Possible cuts include fillet, loin and other specific portions. Our whole cod is sourced from Norway, Iceland, Denmark and our very own North Sea.
The white flesh of the codfish has few bones, an ideal texture and can be used for a wide range of dishes. It lends itself well to grilling, poaching, pan-frying, steaming and baking or roasting. You don’t have to be a masterchef to make an exceptional dish with cod. Even children love the mild flavour of codfish.
